AgriAuditor provides location-based agronomic intelligence, climate viability models, and market data estimations. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended for informational and planning purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional on-site agronomic consulting.

3. Data Accuracy & Disclaimer

While we source data from reputable institutional providers (such as the FAO, CMIP6, and global market indices), we do not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data. Agricultural outcomes are subject to unpredictable natural variables. AgriAuditor shall not be held liable for any crop failure, financial loss, or damages resulting from reliance on the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid Grower subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
