Prices are in US dollars plus any applicable taxes. Unlimited bill downloads means no monthly cap for normal business use. Cancel any time: click your plan badge at the top of the bill generator or the farm workspace.

Is the bill generator part of the farm ERP?

Yes. It is the ERP's billing tool, with the same account and the same plan. You can use it on its own, or open the farm workspace, where the same bills can be posted to your stock and your fields.

Do I need an account to make a bill?

No. You can start straight away as a guest. A guest workspace is kept only while your browser tab is open and includes 10 PDF downloads a month. Register free to keep your company details and bills, and to get 100 downloads a month.

What does posting a bill to the farm do?

In the farm workspace, each line of a purchase bill can go into stock or onto a field's costs, and each line of a sales invoice can come out of stock or be recorded as a harvest sale on the field it grew on. Voiding the bill undoes it.

What is the AgriAuditor mark on a free bill?

Free bills carry a small "Created with AgriAuditor" line and logo in the footer of every page. It links back here. The ERP only plan ($3.99 a month, or $36 a year) removes it, and so does the Grower plan.

Can I make many bills at once?

Yes. Add the next bill as another page, turn between them, then download them all as separate PDFs in a ZIP, or as one combined PDF.

Can I type my own bill number?

Yes. Type your own number on the bill, or leave it empty and the bill is numbered from your series when you issue it.
